The AFL Show round 6 2008

In the gun this week are the West Coast Eagles who find themselves 1-5 after round 6. We eagerly await Judd’s return to Subiaco this friday. Also discussed is Geelong’s 1 point win over Fremantle despite a fab performance from Aaron Sandilands with over 40 hit outs! Carlton fans weren’t happy with umpire Ray Chamberlain’s performance on the weekend. In the interests of reducing their profiles, Paul floats the idea of Umpire’s wearing Hangman’s hoods during the game.

The Spotlight shines on Jason Akermanis, who is running into some very good form and our big issue this week is feuding team mates (Max Hudghton and Matt McGuire.)

GOLD! Absolute gold today boys. So funny I shat myself … and then had to find a third-grader to deal with it. Oh, is that a bit too devrisive?

[Speaking of grade three miseries: I also moved to a new school, from a hippy commune - with long girly hair :( - when I was first there I wet my pants because I was too embarrassed to ask anyone where the toilets were. Oh dear, way too much information.]

Hey also, is it really true that you can claim to have tipped the draw, since the team you picked didn’t lose?

Then I got 16 from 16 in the last two rounds! Damn draws!

  3. Paul Says:

Damn straight Zenmaster! You get a point for a draw in my comp.
And thanks for the childhood confessions!

    Paul
