Football lovers, it’s time to speculate. The All-Australian Team is one of footys greatest points of conjecture.
Here is my 2007 All-Australian Team - if it was selected on mid season form.
Obviously some big suprises and a few unfair exclusions…
FB L.GILBEE, M.SCARLETT, D.FLETCHER
HB T.LOCKYER, C.CORNES, H.SHAW
C C.BRUCE, J.BARTELL, D.KERR
HF S.GRANT, M.PAVLICH, G.ABLETT
FF L.FRANKLIN, B.FEVOLA, B.JOHNSON
R B.LADE, C.JUDD, S.BLACK
INT B.SEWELL, D.JOLLY, D.MILBURN, C.MOONEY
COACH M.THOMPSON
Get fired up and tell me who I should have included!
Has Daniel Kerr played enough games? Does Dustin Fletcher get too many soft kicks?
Is it right to put Sewell in if he is ‘only’ a tagger? Where is Simon Goodwin?
Blog away footy fans…

What about Darren Glass @ Fullback?? Whats with the five geelong players, i mean darren milburn…. please.
The rest seems pretty good paul but milburn and scarlett are definately not all australian material. How about Brett Jones on the bench instead may be biased being an eagles supporter but i believe the two top teams should have most reps, but five geelong is a bit much.
Great shows buy the way guys, funny very funny even for a collingwood supporter

Yes - I agree Rob. Darren Glass could quite easily be slotted into Full Back, but hang on a minute! Darren Milburn is a quality player who has had plenty of the ball this year and he uses it effectively. I think that all the Cats players are deservant - particularly Ablett and Bartell. Maybe I could have squeezed Cox in as the spare ruckmen?

Zenmaster - I would have liked to throw in Mitchell or Hodge - but I think that Judd, Kerr, Bruce, Bartell etc. have shown a little more thus far. Mind you - they may well steal Simon Black’s posi come September!
