Awesome that the first TPN sports podcast is an Aussie one, and that the host has a face made for podcasting.

I finally worked out what was missing from the show. You guys agreed to much! In a sports show you want healthy debate. You want guys that hate each other. You digs at each other, not “I couldn’t agree more”. Looking forward to show 2.
As I said to Mick on this one. This may be the most time critical of the shows on the network. The Review show should be out Monday, Tuesday at the latest or don’t worry about it. This is one area that traditional radio has all over you (talkback is the other I haven’t seen handled well yet). Also should consider having a Review show on Monday and then an Issues/Preview (including tipping) on Friday.
I am sorry if this sounds critical, but I reacon that there is a big possible market for a show like this and if it was good enough, I would love to push it to that market. The market being online Message boards of the clubs. I participate on the Hawks one (www.hawkheadquarters.com) and there would be hundreds of people that read that that would be interested in listening (especially if you have Shane Crawford on as you seemed to mention on the show).
Just a thought.

GO HAWKS.

cheers guys, just got the first one out there and any improvements/ideas/etc for the show very important!
will be chatting to Crawf and Dermie from the Hawks, trying to line up a few others as well to get a rounded feel for everyone.
Clinton Grybas who does Fox Footy and 3AW in Melbourne will be special guest for Round 3, and being a Collingwood supporter will no doubt create a stir!
recoreded every monday, will be up by tuesday. if we can get it done sunday night that would be ideal, but always a wash up the day after which is important to the week.
keep listening!
